
Fine Art Photographic Prints
When you purchase one of our prints, you will receive a professionally printed image that will enhance your home, home office or office. As a small business, we will be personally supervising the overall purchase, printing and delivery of your print(s). You can now create your own special orders on textured papers, canvas or as "metal prints" as you wish. You can purchase just the print, or include matting and framing, choosing from many types of frames. Our print partner will ship it framed, but it will add more weight and will need to be shipped carefully to avoid damage. Overall, we will make every effort that we can to provide you with images that you can enjoy for years.
Color and Size Variations
Although we have made sincere efforts to portray our images accurately throughout the website and to color match each digital image with its printed expression, we cannot control the color balance or appearance of the images you may see on your monitor. There may be small differences between the actual print on paper and what you saw on your monitor. In addition, when prints are matted, there may be very small variations in the viewable image when seen through the mat. Regardless of this, we are dedicated to delivering a high quality archival print that meets your expectations.
Care Instructions
When you receive your print and you have chosen not to have it framed, we recommend holding and transporting the print and its mat carefully so as not to damage its corners, and keeping the print in its protective sleeve until you are ready to frame it. Framing under glass or special acrylics limits exposure to moisture, chemicals and light, extending the quality of the image for many years.
Supplemental Return Information
Hopefully you will love your purchase. It is our intent to provide the best images we can. We are always investing in our ability to provide you with high quality images you can enjoy into the future. The official policy on "Returns/Exchanges/Refunds is provided to you from our printing partnership company, who is responsible for providing you the final printed images, and therefore needs to be followed. See our FAQ page for more detailed information.
Overall, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your print, and reason falls outside our standard policy (see on the FAQ page), please contact us after receiving the print(s), and we will try to help you. Don't wait to contact us; we may need to have it returned and received within seven (7) days after its receipt, in its original condition and packaging. Most importantly, please contact us by email and clearly explain the problem (send pictures if it arrived damaged) so we can make arrangements with our print partner for its return. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and will do what we can to make it happen.
